Description:   Epistyle frieze block from colossal façade, upper order. Profile of Type A. Back roughly hewn. Mason's mark "T" at left (on second fascia) and "Y" at right (on uppermost fascia). Now on foundation of Colossal Façade, behind restoration of apse. Two clamps at each end of top; two pries on top.
    Doric capital with top of shaft w. 20 flutes, wide-spreading nearly flat echinus with 2 annulets with square tips, echinus articulated from abacus by channel, square abacus. Small square empolion cutting in bottom: 00.051 x 00.040Late chiseling on top of abacus.
Writing:   inscribed.
Material:   Oolitic limestone
