Description:   Mould of a female head with wavy hair in knot above forehead, eyes and brow slope down at outer corners, long neck. Large pendant earrings and necklace of small, pointed pendants. Similar to a terracotta head from Kyrenaika (now in Madrid) (Laumonier, Catalogue des terres cuites du musee archeologique de Madrid, pl. XXXIV, I). Handmade from model.
Decoration:   Undecorated.
Material:   Fine, reddish-yellow clay with few fine, rounded inclusions and rare medium voids
Munsell Color:   5YR 7/6 (reddish yellow)
Condition:   Missing parts. Four joining frgts, complete except for lower left neck, some damage to left side of face.
Manufacture:   F01 F HM
Period:   4th c. B.C.
Chronology:   ca. 350-325 B.C. (Stillwell 1948, Corinth 15.2, p. 99)
