Description: | Mould for a female head, facing forward with knot of hair over forehead, wearing earrings and necklace. Face relatively round, narrow depression under brow, straight nose, eyes and brows slope downward at outer corners. Surface of hair varied by shallow, irregular grooves. Heavy pendant earrings; necklace a single line of small round pendants with pointed ends. Similar to KH 28 (Stillwell 1948, Corinth 15.1, cat. 30), from Deposit 3. Handmade from model. | |
