Description: | Mould for a female head, facing forward with knot of hair over forehead, wearing round earrings and necklace. Face relatively round, facial features indistinct. Surface of hair varied by shallow, irregular grooves. Heavy pendant earrings; fold of drapery at lower neck. Similar to KH 29 (Stillwell 1948, Corinth 15.1, cat. 31), from Deposit 2. Handmade from model. | |
