Description:   (On display. Described in part from card and publications). Mould for a draped female figure, standing with weight balanced; right arm bent at elbow and holding dove, left arm bent slightly with closed fingers. Broad polos over hair, which is grooved vertically above forehead and horizontally as it falls to the shoulders. Face thin and triangular. Wearing chiton with long overfold and himation with swallowtail folds on either side. Very finely pleated skirt with one broad pleat at center. Square base. Hollow, representing only the front of the figure. Handmade from model.
Decoration:   Undecorated.
Writing:   inscribed. Incised letters on back, Greek: SVS
Material:   Soft brown clay
Condition:   Complete or intact. Complete. Fairly crisp mould.
Manufacture:   F02 F HM
Period:   4th c. B.C.
Chronology:   ca. 350-325 B.C. (Stillwell 1948, Corinth 15.1, p. 37, p. 105), based on deposit.
