Description:   Conical loomweight with flat underside and bevel, sides fairly straight with slight concave curve near top; single hanging hole at top; at 45 degrees from hanging hole, oval stamp of a loomweight situated just above bevel; immediately below this, on the bevel, rectangular stamp of MELIS. Similar to KN 116 from the same deposit.
Decoration:   Oval stamp of conical loomweight just above bevel.
Writing:   stamp. Rectangular stamp on bezel, Greek: MELIS. Cf. KN 119.
Material:   Medium clay, very pale brown at surface and reddish yellow in core, with common medium to large angular and subrounded inclusions and few small voids
Munsell Color:   Ext.: 10YR 8/3 (very pale brown); Core: 5YR 7/6 (reddish yellow)
Condition:   Complete or intact. Complete; one large, shallow gash
