Description:   Part of the base of a perirrhanterion or louter with square platform surmounted by echinoid foot attached to base with straight wall. Underside hollowed out.
Decoration:   Smoothing marks on interior. Foot stamped with line of running spirals and concentric chevrons pointing upward with spiral at tip. Another line of concentric chevrons pointing downward at upper break.
Material:   Very coarse pale brown clay with frequent large, angular inclusions and frequent medium voids
Munsell Color:   2.5Y 8/2 (pale brown)
Condition:   Fragment. Preserving approximately 25% of base of stand.
Manufacture:   MM
Period:   Archaic (7th-6th c.)
