Decoration:   Exterior: 5 narrowly spaced horizontal bands; above, band with panels/metopes alternating with bands of 3 vertical lines. Metope motifs include: a star, butterfly, and concentric circles with a lozenge (incised with a cross); above, 4 horizontal bands. Interior, glaze (fired red) but mostly fugitive

Condition:   Fragment. Mended from 3 joining fragments, shoulder fragment of large open vessel with beginning of rim
