Description:   Ray "skyphos," deep body with slightly incurved rim, flat sides and low ring foot with flat resting surface. 2 round horiz. handles loop handles attached below rim.
Decoration:   Upper body, handles, and interior black, with pairs of applied-red circumf. lines at rim, below handles and above rays; single lines inside rim and halfway down interior. Long, thin, widely spaced rays on lower body rise from circumf. line at base. Red and black bands on outer edge of foot, black line and red band on resting surface. On bottom, black band near foot and thin concentric rings round central dot.
Material:   Fine very pale brown clay. No visible fabric.
Munsell Color:   10YR 8/4 (very pale brown)
Condition:   Complete profile. Many frgts., preserving complete profile. Worn paint.
