Description:   Kotyle with false ring foot with disk in center of underside, flaring convex walls, and tapered lip; two round loop handles attached just below lip. Shape somewhat distorted. Similar to KP 698 from the same deposit.
Decoration:   Black stripe on foot, row of teardrop-shaped buds between two wide black bands on body with thin red stripe above, row of vertical bars above a thin red line below lip, red on top of handles and over interior. Late Conventionalizing Style (Risser 2003, Corinth 20, p. 164).
Material:   Fine very pale brown clay with few medium inclusions and few medium voids.
Munsell Color:   10YR 8/4 (very pale brown)
Condition:   Complete or intact. Three joining frgts preserving all of vessel; glaze flaking.
