Description: | Handmade horse and rider figurine; horse stands with weight evenly distributed across all legs, with triangular tail held horizontally . The horse's muzzle is narrow with the head swelling towards the eyes, a visible seam runs under the head; the horse's ears are not distinguished from the forelock of the mane. Mane not preserved below the crown of the head , where it is very prominent and bends forward. The rider's hands attach to the horse's neck just behind the head and are very flat and broad. Similar to KT 28-138 from the same deposit. | |
