Description:   Handmade horse and rider figurine; horse stands with weight evenly distributed across all legs, with triangular tail held horizontally . The horse's muzzle is narrow with the head swelling towards the eyes, a visible seam runs under the head; the horse's ears are not distinguished from the forelock of the mane. Mane not preserved below the crown of the head , where it is very prominent and bends forward. The rider's hands attach to the horse's neck just behind the head and are very flat and broad. Similar to KT 28-138 from the same deposit.
Decoration:   Traces of white slip on body and front foot
Material:   Fine pale yellow clay with rare rounded medium inclusions and rare medium voids
Munsell Color:   2.5Y 8/2 (pale yellow)
Condition:   Missing parts. Ten joining frgts preserving most of horse, except right foreleg and several small body frgts, and right hand and part of right leg of rider.
