| Description: | Female figure, draped, standing with straight legs; dove in right hand held in front of chest and pomegranate in left hand below. Wearing polos and chiton with deep overfold, drapery with very faintly traces of grooving; feet stand on a low base. Features very indistinct due to worn mold. Back hollow, with visible fingerprints. Likely from same mold as KT 4-76 (Stillwell 1952, Corinth 15.2, inv. X, 35), KT 4-77, KT 4-78, and KT 4-79 from Deposit 1, as well as one figurine from near this deposit, three from Deposit 2, four from elsewhere in the Terracotta Factory, two from the Circular South Shrine, and two more from elsewhere in the Potters' Quarter (Stillwell 1952, Corinth 15.2, p. 94). | |
