Description:   Miniature flanged pyxis. Slighlty concave base projects beyond body; cylindrical wall; outward-projecting flange; inset vertical rim. Underside reserved.
Decoration:   Conventionalizing style. On body, black band, alternating red and black tongues outlined in black with scalloped edges, red band on top exterior of flange, then black to interior of lip. Blakc band at junction of interior wall and floor.
Material:   Fine pink clay. No visible fabric.
Munsell Color:   7.5YR 8/4 (pink)
Condition:   Complete or intact. Intact, worn paint.
