Description:   Lamp with narrow sloping rim, panels, plastic ring surrounding concave disk with off-center fill hole at ca. 4:00.
Decoration:   Rim: impressed tongues. disk: in relief, gladiatorial combat: at lt. retiarius crouching, holding dagger in rt. hand, galerus on lt. arm; at rt. a secutor, wearing helmet, greaves and loin cloth, with dagger in lt. hand, shield on rt. arm. Plaster bubbles.
Material:   Fine pinkish buff clay with rare sparkling inclusions.
Munsell Color:   Between 10YR 6/4 and 7.5YR 6/4
Condition:   Fragment. Single frgt., preserving ca. 1/4 rim, 2/3 disk, fill hole.
