Description:   Lamp with leaf-shaped flat bottom, deep flaring body, pared mould joint, narrow rim, framed by 2 grooves, deep concave disk with central fill hole. Solid lug handle.
Decoration:   Bottom: inscribed heart with outer grooved. Rim: 3 impressed circles in middle of lt. side; disk: rosette. Handle: 3 grooves on top, one on bottom with incised herringbone. Dull purplish glaze over all.
Material:   Moderately fine light reddish brown clay with frequent fine angular black, red inclusions.
Munsell Color:   Clay: 7.5YR 5/6 Slip: 2.5YR 4/4
Condition:   Complete profile. Single frgt., preserving complete profile, all bottom and left half of body, half of right side, half disk, all handle. Trace of burning near missing nozzle.
