Description:   Lamp with base ring, shallow body with vertical profile, pronounced mould seam, rim set in from seam and raised above it, rim broad and flat, framed by plastic ring, ring framing recessed flat disk with broad channel to nozzle; 2 fill holes at 3:00, 9:00, large air hole in channel, long nozzle with large wick hole. Solid lug handle, beneath which rib to base ring.
Decoration:   Rim: alternating circles and squares; disk: long oblong panel with pair of scrolls at either end; light red slip over all.
Material:   Moderately fine red clay with frequent sparkling inclusions, voids.
Munsell Color:   Slip: 5YR 5.5/7
Condition:   Complete or intact. Intact. Burning on nozzle.
