Description:   Mouldmade lamp with low double base ring, globular body, narrow raised rim with groove set in from shoulder, flat depressed disk with medium-sized central fill hole, stump of nozzle and handle attached to body, 2 small horizontal side lug handles rectangular in section attached at max. diam. of body.
Decoration:   Relief of theater mask at base of nozzle, black slip over all.

Material:   Fine gray clay with rare white, dark gray and sparkling inclusions.
Munsell Color:   Near 10YR 6/2
Condition:   Complete profile, whole base, body, disk, filling hole and lug handles, 1 chipped; main handle and nozzle broken off very near body, black slip worn.
