Description:   Broneer type XIX lamp, flat base, convex body meeting at acute angle with tapering rim, flat disk set off from rim by two raised bands, three small air holes in disk, one towards nozzle, others on opposite sides of fill hole, medium fill hole encircled by raised band, triangular nozzle, vertical strap handle attached on rim. As CL 730 (Corinth IV.2, p. 160, no. 323, fig. 28).
Decoration:   Black glazed throughout. On rim in relief starting from handle towards nozzle, two ribbed cylinders, a flower, and a spiral. On top of nozzle from rim to wick hole, two raised dots and s-curved double spiral in relief.
Material:   Fine light gray clay with frequent small silver mica and rare medium white lime inclusions
Munsell Color:   5Y 7/2 (light gray)
Condition:   Complete profile. Intact except for tip of nozzle and handle. Small hole on body underneath the handle. Glaze worn.
