Decoration: | Rays on rim, two transverse grooves on handle on body. | |
Writing: | stamp and inscribed. Raised signature written clockwise around circular base, transferred to the lamp from being scratched in the mold, two-thirds preserved. Broneer reconstructs as ΘΑΥΜΑCIC (Corinth 4.2, cat. 1413-1418); see also Garnett, Hesperia 44.2, fig. 1.24. | |
