Description:   Broneer type XXII lamp. Flat base, straight flaring walls curving to vertical at top. Narrow, slightly inward-sloping rim with three ridges. Deep concave disk, central fill hole. Nozzle with shoulder volutes extending halfway down wall, nozzle volutes on either side of wick hole. See L-1973-25, L-1976-36.
Decoration:   Disk with military equipment in relief, including greaves, shield, helmet, arranged in a circle around central fill hole. Entirely glazed, with glaze mottled dark brownish to black (7.5YR 2.5/1 to 7.5YR 3/3).
Material:   Fine pink clay, no visible inclusions.
Munsell Color:   7.5 YR 8/3 (pink)
Condition:   Complete profile. Nine joining frgts preserve nearly all of base, one half of walls, nearly all of disk, base of nozzle. Glaze peeling off.
