Description:   Lamp with low vertical ring foot, flat resting and undersurface, broad body extending nearly horizontally from foot, curving up vertically to sharply inward sloping broad rim. Floor makes slight nipple. Two nozzles: one placed on axis of handle with 2 small drill holes flanking wick hole, as if once mended; second nozzle not quite at 90% to left of first nozzle. No room for a third nozzle. Horizontal strap handle.
Decoration:   Foot: resting and inner surface black glazed, undersurface reserved, glaze overlaps exterior of foot, upper half reserved and continuing on to beginning of body. Remainder black-glazed except for reserved handle roots.
Material:   Hard-fired, well-compacted, reddish yellow clay
Munsell Color:   Slightly yellower than 7.5YR 6/4
Condition:   Complete profile. Six joining frgts (1 added 2012 from context pottery). Complete foot, missing ca. 1/5 body-rim, nozzles, handle.
