Description:   Lamp with flat leaf-shaped bottom, slightly flaring convex body, broad low-sloping rim, deep concave disk raised above rim, edges of 2 small fill holes in lower half of disk, pierced lug handle.
Decoration:   bottom: 2 grooves; rim: coarse grape vine, disk: rays. Handle: 2 grooves to base.
Writing:   inscribed. Inscribed on bottom, Greek: XIO/.[ =
Material:   Hard-fired semi-fine brown clay with mica, common fine white, rare large white inclusions.
Munsell Color:   7.5YR 5/4
Condition:   Fragment. Single frgt., preserving half bottom, half body and rim, outline of half of disk, handle. Nearly complete profile except for center of bottom and disk.
