Description:   Lamp with leaf-shaped flat bottom, straight flaring body, flat rim, concave disk with 2 fill holes - 1 in lower rt. quarter, 2nd at base of nozzle; air hole at base of wick hole, nozzle enclosed in body, large wick hole. Solid unpierced lug handle, top and bottom misaligned. Lamp lopsided.
Decoration:   Bottom: branch with impressed dot to either side; rim: herringbone, set in from edge as if from smaller mould, disk: in low relief, dolphin swimming to rt., with band of incised lines surrounding it. Handle: 2 impressed dots at juncture of handle and disk, single dot at base of handle.
Material:   Semi-fine brown clay with abundant fine white inclusions, some voids, a few sparkling inclusions.
Munsell Color:   Yellower than 7.5YR 5/4
Condition:   Complete or intact. Intact. Burning on nozzle and disk.
