Description:   Lamp with flat bottom, flaring body, broad flat rim set in from edge of mould, shallow concave disk framed by plastic ring, 2 fill hole on horizontal axis of lamp, air hole at edge of disk, nozzle enclosed in body, large wick hole; solid lug handle, prominent seam.
Decoration:   Bottom: 2 circumference grooves; rim: herringbone; disk: diagonal cross with vertical leg as Broneer fig. 52.7; 2 grooves on handle.
Writing:   inscribed. Inscribed on bottom: Greek: XIO/NHS
Material:   Semi-fine red clay with frequent fine white inclusions.
