Description:   Lamp with flat bottom, deep flaring body curving out to mould joint, broad low-sloping rim, shallow concave disk set off by 2 grooves, incompletely pressed air hole, with narrow channel to wick hole, nozzle enclosed in body. Vertical lug handle, back partly smeared.
Decoration:   Bottom: branch; rim: faint ring of beads ? disk: rays, center of which not impressed. Handle: 3 grooves. Lamp retouched ? From worn mould.
Material:   Semi-fine light brown clay with frequent small to medium white lime inclusions.
Munsell Color:   Slightly redder than 7.5YR 7/6
Condition:   Complete profile. Single frgt., complete except for small hole in bottom, large hole in disk; burning on nozzle.
