Description:   Lamp with flat leaf-shaped bottom, convex flaring body that curves out to mould joint, sloping rim, plastic ring and groove framing concave disk with central fill hole, nozzle enclosed in body with large wick hole. Solid lug handle.
Decoration:   Bottom: incised leaf; rim: degenerate herringbone ? consisting of raised rectangles, partly obliterated; disk: round-petaled rosette, center not impressed; handle: 3 grooves. Mould worn and faulty.
Material:   Semi-fine brown clay with rare fine and coarse white lime inclusions, some sparkling inclusions.
Munsell Color:   7.5YR 5/4
Condition:   Complete profile. Single frgt., preserving right half of lamp, small part of left beside handle; complete profile. Missing tip of handle. Burning on nozzle.
