Description:   Lamp with broad flat bottom, shallow flarinb body with convex profile, narrow shoulder, broad flat rim, concave disk, central fill hole, incompletely pierced air hole at base of large wick hole, tapering nozzle. Solid lug handle sides of which tapering.
Decoration:   Bottom: crudely incised by hand: tree with 2 circles for its base, short trunk, straight branches. Beneath tree to base of handle, boxed chevrons? Rim: ring of impressed dots, larger at base of handle, then herringbone. disk: 4 branches at 4 cardinal points radiating from center but incompletely stamped. 2 grooves framing nozzle. 2 grooves on handle.
Material:   Semi-fine red clay with frequent sparkling inclusions (mica ?), frequent fine white, fewer small white to red inclusions.
Munsell Color:   Between 2.5YR 4/6 and 5YR 4/6
Condition:   Complete or intact. intact, burning on nozzle.
