Description:   Lamp with base ring,, straight flaring body, heavy mould joint, broad low sloping rim, square disk with sunken central fill hole, narrow channel with air hole, to wick hole, tapering nozzle. solid lug handle.
Decoration:   Bottom: 5 impressed circles arranged in a cross, circle on either side of handle base; rim: decoration confined to narrow band along disk: wavy lines ?, with 3 circles on either side of channel; disk: coarse rays; handle: herringbone on top, 2 grooves on bottom.
Material:   Semi-fine brown clay with common fine white lime inclusions.
Munsell Color:   Near 5YR 4/4
Condition:   Complete profile. Six joining frgts., complete except for underside of nozzle, and tip of top of nozzle. Faint burning on nozzle.
