Description:   Mouldmade lamp with base ring and raised rib extending from base to half way up rear of lamp, convex body rising to narrow sloping shoulder above join of two-part lamp. Slightly depressed flat rim, concave disk with central filling hole, channel runs from disk to wick hole. Pointed knob handle applied to rear on rim and shoulder. Burning on nozzle.
Decoration:   Rim: mouldmade raised dots. disk: jewelled cross.
Material:   Hard-fired micaceous red clay with few fine white inclusions.
Munsell Color:   5YR 6/4 slightly redder
