Decoration: | White slip and yellow glaze inside. Black glaze decoration under yellow glaze: animal facing left with long striped neck and upper body, circle eye, clawed foot, and possibly wings behind head; possibly a bird. Small feature before animal: two adjacent ovals filled with dots. Black glaze bled. A long neck bird like that on C-37-448. | |
Material: | Medium coarse reddish yellow clay, frequent medium rounded spherical reddish brown inclusions, rare medium angular spherical white inclusions, frequent medium to very large voids. | |
