Description:   Horizontal body, inturned tapered lip.
Decoration:   White slip and pale yellow glaze over all. Fine incised lines in inside slip: swirl and circle pattern. Pattern covered with darker yellow glaze. Thick line carved in slip along lip. Similar technique to Lot 634 : 2 and C- 36-953.
Material:   Fine red clay, with rare large rounded, spherical white inclusions, and rare medium voids. Similar to White’s Quartz-Biotite Group B1.

Condition:   Fragment. Single frgt., preserving lip and body.
