Above moulded band is lower portion of incised decoration in glaze: vertical line flanked by diagonal line to right and three diagonal lines to left. To left of decoration glaze found on break at height 0.007 indicating clay cut or pieced here prior to glazing. Similar piecing/cutting to right of decoration; glaze dark brown not yellow in hole. Spots of glaze inside next to holes. | |
