Description:   Terracotta solid mouldmade female figurine wearing a broad flat brimmed hat with disk of attached clay in center, small head, hair frames face with slightly peaked part in center, pulled back over ears and falling against side of neck, oval face, straight downward slashing eyebrows, lt upper lid defined over almond shaped eye, rt eye larger and less defined, straight parallel thick lips tilted to lt, and pronounced chin. Frontal moulded with slightly rounded plain back. Similar to but much smaller than MF1973-115 (Corinth XVIII.4 p.41, 89 no. C68 pl. 8) and MF-6004 (Corinth XII p. 46 no. 284 pl. 24).
Material:   Very fine very pale brown clay with few fine sparkling inclusions
Munsell Color:   Clay: 10YR 8/4 (very pale brown)
Condition:   Fragment. Single piece broken at neck, preserving third of hat broken at front and back, head, and back of neck. Nose chipped. Badly worn.
