Description:   Terracotta solid handmade perching dove with twisted pointed beak, small head tilted down slightly, thick curving neck, short pointed leg, oval concave body hollow underneath, and narrowing toward square tail. Fingerprints visible over whole piece. Similar to MF-8052 (Corinth XII p. 27 no.57 pl. 4) but thinner, KT42-41, and KT42-67.
Decoration:   White slip overall.
Material:   Finke pink clay with a reddish yellow core with frequent fine sparkling, few small tabular angular white, and rare tabular angular orange inclusions and rare small tabular angular voids
Munsell Color:   Surface: 7.5YR 8/4 (pink), Core: 5YR 7/6 (reddish yellow)
Condition:   Missing parts. Single piece missing rt leg. Traces of white slip.
