Description:   Terracotta hollow mouldmade nude seated boy on base with head tilted slightly to rt, knob of hair rests above center of forehead, long wavy hair flows onto shoulders, oblong face, large eyes, wide prominent nose, M-shaped upper lip, thick lower lip, small chin, long neck, wide shoulders, long torso tilted to rt, broad pectoral muscles, round belly with large gouged belly button, genitals softly rounded, rt arm bent with hand resting on rt knee, lt arm straight rests on base behind lt knee, rt leg bent, drawn up, almost vertical with foot resting on base, lt leg bent pulled under body with shin horizontal to base, and lt foot flexed. Low rectangular base with rounded sides. Tooling on rt hand indicates thumb. Frontally moulded with plain rounded handmade back. Similar to KT20-6 (Stillwell 1952, Corinth 15.2, Class XVI cat. 3), MF-11305 (Merker 2000, Corinth 18.4, cat. C230), and KH62 (Stillwell 1948, Corinth 15.1, cat. 63) but smaller.
Material:   Fine very pale brown clay with frequent fine sparkling, few medium to large tabular angular white and rare small tabular angular black inclusions and rare small tabular angular voids.
Munsell Color:   Clay: 10YR 8/4 (very pale brown)
Condition:   Complete or intact. Single piece. Slightly worn.
