Description:   Terracotta solid handmade perching dove with long pointed beak turned down slightly, brow ridge, big head, thick short neck, short pointed feet, and long round body narrowing to flat round pinched tail. Similar to KT 41-10 and KT 41-11 (Stillwell 1952, Corinth 15.2 ,cat. XXVII-8, p. 186) from Aphrodite deposit, but smaller and rounder.
Material:   Fine reddish yellow clay with few fine sparkling, rare fine small tabular angular black and few small tabular angular white inclusions and few small tabular angular voids
Munsell Color:   Clay: 7.5YR 7/6 (reddish yellow)
Condition:   Complete or intact. Two joining pieces. Excellent preservation.
