Description:   Terracotta solid handmade group of six dancers moving in circle with arms joined around central musician. One dancer has flat strip of clay applied around front of head as polos other has indentation for polos. Both have clay overfold from back to front as head, semi-circular face, and broad short neck. All have flattened chest, long flat strips as arms, bodies tilted outward and right slightly, bodies oval in section, with two pinched splayed feet attaching to base. Flat circular base with edge pared and smoothed. Similar in size and style to KT2-11 (Corinth XV.2 Class II p. 43 no. 8 pl. 4) and, but smaller than, KT2-7, 8, 9, 10 (Corinth XV.2 Class II p. 43 no. 4-7 pl. 4) .

Material:   Fine reddish yellow and very pale brown clay with few fine sparkling and few tabular angular white inclusions and rare mediumj tabular angular voids
Munsell Color:   Clay: 5YR 7/6 (reddish yellow) and 10YR 7/3 (very pale brown)
Condition:   Fragment. Several joining pieces preserving three dancers and base. One dancer missing head, another missing polos, all missing arms. Two large chips missing and hole in base. Discolored. Traces of white slip.
