Description:   Terracotta solid mouldmade standing female with tall flaring polos with convex top, short round curls frame forehead, oblong face, large raised almond eyes, wide big nose, thin wide lips, square chin, thin neck, narrow sloping shoulders, rt arm held tight to side, bent at elbow with forearm held across breast holding a bird (long beak, small head, long neck, round bulbous chest, long conical body), lt arm held tight to side bent at elbow with forearm across belly, lt hand bent up holding fruit with stem (pomegranate?), thumb and fingers deliniated on both hands. Wears peplos with long vertical folds fall from below waist down, looping sleeve drapes from rt elbow to middle of forearm, lt sleeve drapes down from elbow with vertical folds. Frontal mould with large depression on back. Similar to KT4-43 (Corinth XV.2 Class X p. 92 no. 19 pl. 15). Standing Kore with Dove and Fruit Type.

Condition:   Fragment. Single piece preserving head to waist. Chipped and worn. Traces of white slip.
