Description:   Bronze unguent spoon with handle consisting of a flat strip of bronze, rounded on the back side, pointed at one end, and with a slightly wider rectangular part a little below the bowl of the spoon (W. 0.0065). Handle ends in small hemispherical bowl.
Decoration:   Back of handle completely covered in incised geometric patterns. Sections of patterns from tip to bowl: 1) short dashed lines; 2) three horizontal lines; 3) upward-pointing chevrons; 4) two horizontal lines above and below a diamond; 5) downward-pointing chevrons; 6) on rectangular section of handle, two horizontal lines below and one above an x; 7) upward-pointing chevrons above and below an x surrounded by two horizontal lines, with section ending in a single horizontal line below bowl.
Material:   Bronze
Condition:   Complete or intact. Intact; all of tip, shaft, bowl preserved. Surface slightly worn and corroded, handle bent.
