Description:   Vase with ovoid body turning in to horizontal shoulder, wide neck with straight flaring (?) profile, round lip.
Decoration:   Plastic ring around neck at mid height; white painted "swags" on neck; 2 flat bands on shoulder, between, white paint with hatching; 3rd band at top ~of body, painted cross-hatching; on body long rays radiating from base, extending into row of diamonds on upper body, each diamond ending in two projecting horns; bands painted like grain of wood. According to Paul Perrot (Nov. 25, 1963): lst half 17th c.
Material:   Clear glass with a few, tiny spherical bubbles.
Condition:   Missing parts. Numerous joining frgts., ca. half vase from above bottom to lip; partially restored; half-dozen non-joining frgts. stored with it.
