Description:   Terracotta solid handmade group of four dancers moving in circle with arms joined around flutist standing in center. Two dancers have flat strip of clay applied around front of head as polos, clay overfold from back to front as head, semi-circular face, and broad short neck. All three dancers have a flattened chest, long flat strips as arms, joining dancers, upper body tilted outward slightly, cylindrical body bulging out below arms to just above base where flares out as attaches almost seamlessly to base. Body of flute player round in section. Flat circular base, slightly concave underneath central figure, with pared and smoothed edge. One dancer 0.010 taller than other. Fingerprints over whole piece. Similar to KT2-11 (Corinth XV.2 Class II p. 43 no. 8 pl. 4) and KT2-7, 8, 9, 10 (Corinth XV.2 Class II p. 43 no. 4-7 pl. 4).

Condition:   Fragment. Five joining pieces preserving two whole dancer, one dancer from chest down, stump of flutist, and most of base. Missing all arms. Heavily encrusted. Traces of white slip. Discolored.
