Description:   Terracotta solid handmade group of five dancers moving in circle around central standing flutist. Each figure has body oval in section, flaring at bottom into two pinched flat splayed feet attaching to base. Leftmost dancer much thinner than others. Roughly constructed oval base with slightly pared edge and unevenly spaced dancers. Similar to MF-10883.
Material:   Fine reddish yellow clay with few fine sparkling inclusions and rare small spherical angular voids
Munsell Color:   Clay: 7.5YR 7/6 (reddish yellow)
Condition:   Fragment. Three joining pieces preserving feet of three dancers and flutist and two-thirds of base. Traces of white slip.
