Description:   Terracotta solid handmade group of four dancers moving in circle around central standing flutist. Each figure has cylindrical body, flaring at bottom attaching to base. Circular flat base, slightly concave under central figure, with pared and smoothed edge and very evenly spaced dancers. Fingerprints over top and bottom of base. Similar to MF-11491.
Decoration:   White slip overall. Red paint on side of base.
Material:   Fine pink clay with few fine sparkling inclusions and rare medium tabular angular voids
Munsell Color:   Clay: 10YR 8/4 (pink), Paint: 10R 5/6 (red)
Condition:   Fragment. Two joining pieces preserving base, stumps of dancer and flutist, and indentation of three other dancers. Traces of white slip and paint. Lightly encrusted.
