Description:   Bone pin with pomegranate. Shaft and head separate: the former hand-made, latter turned on lathe. Head, pomegranate, finely cut and polished, but undecorated.
Decoration:   Crude incised rings around neck of shaft.
Material:   Bone.
Condition:   Fragment. Single frgt., preserving almost all of pin. End broken off, missing point. Green discoloration.

Period:   Early Roman (44BC-1/2 2nd c AD)
Chronology:   1st or 2nd c., according to Corinth 12
