Description:   Handmade terracotta figurine of figure of uncertain sex. Overall shape of figurine is cylindrical, with only slight narrowing to indicate neck. Head round with no indication of hair. Nose pinched with slight indentations to indicate nostrils; eyes crudely and unevenly incised, with proper right eye square in shape and proper left eye oval-shaped with indication of pupil. Mouth indicated by incised horizontal line. Body unmodelled. Arms, indicated by pellets of applied clay, wrapped awkwardly behind figure. Figurine solid. Novice craftsmanship (perhaps a child's work?).
Material:   Coarse yellow clay with large to very large rounded spherical and tabular inclusions and medium to large sub-rounded tabular voids.
Munsell Color:   10YR 8/6 (yellow)
Condition:   Fragment. Single frgt., preserving head, torso, arms.
