Description:   Bronze fork consisting of two tines, rhomboidal in section (one broken off) attached to handle by horseshoe-shaped element. Moulded handle polyhedrical, ending in baluster knob.
Decoration:   Handle decorated with four cast x's on each side separated by lengths of beveled diamonds in section. Incised line around handle below lowest x. Bead between highest x and baluster knob at top of handle. Previously published as bifurcated probe in Corinth 12, cat. 1383, p. 188.
Material:   Bronze
Condition:   Missing parts. Single fragment preserves handle, most of horseshoe-shaped element and part of one tine; other tine broken off.
