Description:   Bronze stylus with long shaft, circular in section except for faceted bands, ending in sharp point. Blade flat and spade-shaped, with eraser edge finely sharpened. Shape similar to Corinth XII, p. 186, #1348. Very finely made.
Decoration:   Shaft elaborated decorated with cast and incised bands; from bottom to top: two faceted, polygonal bands with triangular faces, ca. 0.010 m long with raised circles on either end of each; an 0.013 m long band with incised cross-hatching; two more faceted, polygonal bands with raised circles; another band with incised cross-hatching; and two more faceted, polygonal bands with raised circles on either side of each.

Condition:   Complete or intact. Intact; shaft bent.
