Description:   Broader than most loomweights of VIII the bottom of this loomweight is concave.
Decoration:   A pointed oval stamp, above the bevel, depicts a frontal nude male standing with weight on his left leg, tight leg flexed, right forearm bent and raised toward his shoulder, holding a staff(?), possible a tail of drapery covering the right shoulder and falling down by his left side. The figure's stance suggests a date no earlier than the second quarter to the second half of the 5th century B.C.
