Description:   Mouldmade terracotta figurine showing left hand holding an object, perhaps an offering. Forearm probably outstretched originally. Wrist well-articulated; fingers deeply slashed. Rectangular object, probably a purse, rests on palm, with fingers curling around edge. Two horizontal slashes on three sides of object create three layers, suggesting folded leather or cloth, fastened with two studs or buttons on one flat face.
Material:   Fine reddish yellow clay with micaceous inclusions.
Munsell Color:   7.5YR 7/6 (reddish yellow)
Condition:   Fragment. Single frgt., preserving left hand and object.
